THE LEGION

Official records of the 7th Legion. Authorized personnel only.

The 7th Legion exists to create an unforgettable MILSIM experience where every decision matters, every operation shapes an immersive campaign, and every member helps write the story that comes next.

OUR HISTORY

FROM SIX PLAYERS
TO A LEGION.

The 7th Legion was founded by DizzTactical alongside Schames, Breach, OJ With The Juicy Bits, and Brogie. Without their belief in an unlikely idea—and without the community that rallied around it—there would be no Legion.

ORIGIN

IT STARTED AS SOMETHING SILLY.

When Arma Reforger arrived on PlayStation 5, Dizz had a simple idea: try some PvE for fun. He bought a server and hosted an operation with only six players, no pilots, and no real Game Master. It was rough, improvised, and never intended to become anything larger.

A few operations later, ten players gathered for what felt like a major battle. Just as the mission was about to end, the lobby suddenly exploded to forty people. Dizz yelled across Discord to Brogie: “Hey, we have to keep this going—this is huge.” The operation continued for another hour and a half.

BIRTH

THE MOMENT EVERYTHING CHANGED.

That chaotic battle became the true birth of the 7th Legion. Brogie stepped into the role of the unit’s first GM. Staff Sergeant Alamony emerged from the fighting. OJ lost a piece of his soul to Arma’s internet problems and, for reasons still beyond understanding, can rarely join operations. Schames witnessed horrors beyond imagination as the force fought its way up a shallow river and suffered devastating losses.

What began as a spontaneous PvE session had become a shared story—one that people wanted to return to, build upon, and remember.

Many have come and gone, but the founders remain. Some serve in different positions now, yet every Legionnaire and every NCO inherits the same responsibility: keep the Legion alive.

THE NAME & THE MISSION

WHY 7TH LEGION?

I wanted a different approach to MILSIM. Although we portray an organized nation in Arma, the vision was always meant to reach beyond a single game. The 7th Legion is intended to be a lasting home for many—a place of friendship, purpose, and escape from the pressures of everyday life.

The name draws inspiration from Rome’s storied Seventh Legion tradition, remembered for courage, loyalty, discipline, and faithful service. The number seven also carries sacred meaning: throughout Scripture, it represents divine completeness, perfection, and the fulfillment of God’s work.

Together, 7th Legion represents a brotherhood united by faith, discipline, loyalty, and a shared commitment to completing the mission—wherever that mission may lead.

FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

ABOUT DIZZ

DizzTactical founded the 7th Legion to create more than a MILSIM unit: a lasting community built on brotherhood, meaningful stories, and equal dignity.

His journey began with Halo MILSIM and grew through more than seven thousand hours in Arma, where years of creating persistent stories shaped the living campaigns that now define the Legion. When Arma Reforger reached PlayStation, he saw the opportunity to build the welcoming community he had always wanted.

Dizz holds a degree in Political Science with studies in Military History and Leadership. After an autoimmune disorder prevented him from pursuing service as a U.S. Army infantry officer, he dedicated more than five years in politics to improving veterans’ healthcare access and honoring their stories.

He was later dismissed without warning and told, “Thank you for your hard work, but you aren’t needed anymore.” Eight months and more than six hundred job applications followed, but his work helping veterans was not finished. The Legion supported him through that period, and he now leads it with the same commitment—building a place where people can find purpose, friendship, family, and an escape when life becomes its own warzone.
